NamNamNow ("we", "us", or "our") is a fresh dog food delivery service based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

- Contact details — your name and Telegram handle when you message us to place an order.
- Delivery information — your delivery address in Phnom Penh.
- Dog profile — your dog's name, age, weight, breed, and any dietary restrictions you share with us to help us select the right recipe and portion size.
- Payment details — we do not store payment card data. Payments are handled via agreed methods (e.g., bank transfer, cash) and we retain only order records.
- Website analytics — anonymised usage data collected via Google Analytics (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). This data does not identify you personally.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Prepare and deliver your dog's meals on schedule.
- Contact you via Telegram about your order, delivery windows, or any changes.
- Calculate the correct portion size for your dog.
- Improve our recipes, service, and website based on aggregate analytics data.
- Comply with any applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information for advertising to third parties, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. Sharing of information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Delivery partners — where a third-party delivery service is used, we share only the minimum information needed (name and address).
- Legal requirements — if required by Cambodian law or a valid legal request.
- Google Analytics — anonymised, aggregated website usage data is processed by Google under their own privacy policy.
4. Data retention
We retain your order and contact details for as long as you are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required by law to retain it.
5. Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymised data such as page views, session duration, and approximate location. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google through this service. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics for analytics purposes only. These cookies do not track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though this may affect your experience on the site.
