These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NamNamNow's website and dog food delivery service. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About NamNamNow

NamNamNow is a fresh dog food delivery service operating in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We prepare human-grade, vet-formulated dog meals weekly and deliver them to customers within Phnom Penh. Orders are placed and managed via Telegram (@namnamnow).

2. Eligibility

Our service is available to customers with a delivery address within our current delivery area in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We reserve the right to decline service to any customer at our discretion.

3. Orders and payment

• All orders are placed via Telegram. An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing.
• Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) or Cambodian riel (KHR) as agreed at the time of order.
• Payment is due before or upon delivery, as agreed during the ordering process.
• We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed and paid orders.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within Phnom Penh on a schedule communicated to you when you place your order.
• It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or to provide instructions for unattended delivery.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, etc.), but we will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.
• Delivery areas and schedules may change. We will notify you in advance of any changes that affect your regular delivery.

5. Product quality and freshness

• All meals are prepared fresh weekly using human-grade ingredients. No artificial preservatives are added.
• Meals should be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within the timeframe provided on the packaging or communicated at the time of delivery.
• We recommend transitioning your dog to NamNamNow meals gradually over 7–10 days to avoid digestive upset, especially if switching from a different diet.
• Our meals are formulated with veterinary guidance but are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. If your dog has a medical condition or specific dietary needs, consult your vet before switching their diet.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by messaging us on Telegram. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to take effect for that delivery.
• Refunds: If you receive a meal that is damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a meal has been prepared and delivered.

7. Allergies and dietary restrictions

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. We prepare food in a shared kitchen environment and cannot guarantee the complete absence of any allergen. NamNamNow is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed or unknown allergies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NamNamNow's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes for your dog. Results vary by animal, diet history, and individual health factors.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of NamNamNow and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
